Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj

Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Shivaji Maharaj was born on 19 February 1627 at Shivnari Fort, Maharashtra. He belongs to a Maratha family. He is an inspiration for many. His bravery story is in the history of India. He has a great influence from his parents. His father’s name is Shahaji Bhosale, and his mother’s name is Jijabai Bhosale. He was very courageous, and only at the 15 he earned three forts. In Raigad fort, he was crowned a Chhatrapati Shivaji in 1674. Mahatma Gandhi Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi also known as the ‘Father of the nation’, was a social reformer and a freedom warrior who worked hard to free Bharat from the hands of the British Raj. His belief was based on the principles of ‘Ahimsa’ (non-violence). is celebrated to honor him in the name of Gandhi Jayanti, as the entire country is indebted to his efforts.
