Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Shivaji Maharaj was born on 19 February 1627 at Shivnari Fort, Maharashtra. He belongs to a Maratha family. He is an inspiration for many. His bravery story is in the history of India. He has a great influence from his parents. His father’s name is Shahaji Bhosale, and his mother’s name is Jijabai Bhosale.
